PONDICHERRY, OCT. 14. Lt Governor M.M. Lakhera has greeted President A P J Abdul Kalam on the eve of his birthday. In his message to the President, he said that he invoked the blessings of the Almighty for his healthy life and many more years of `sagacious guidance to the nation.' Chief Minister N. Rangasamy also greeted the President. In his message, the Chief Minister said that the president was making sustained efforts to ensure that the country made rapid strides in every field.
