Official suspended

HYDERABAD,
OCT. 14.
The Deputy Excise Commissioner, K. Narayana, against whom a criminal charge is pending, was been placed under suspension today, as per the All India Service (Conduct) Rules.
Mr. Narayana got embroiled in a controversy when one Narmada of Adilabad claimed that she was his second wife and had two children by him.
She lodged a complaint with the Begum Bazar police here on April 30 this year. She also undertook a fast when Mr. Narayana refused to acknowledge his relationship with her. A DNA test has established that he is the biological parent of the child.
