CHANDIGARH, OCT.14. The Haryana Chief Minister, Om Prakash Chautala, and his wife, Sneh Lata, were among those who paid obeisance at the historic Mata Mansa Devi Shrine near here today on the first day of the Navratras. The Chief Administrator of the Shrine Board, Neelam P.mKasni, who is also Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula said that all necessary arrangements had been made to facilitate the large number of pilgrims who would visit the Shrine during the nine-day Fair.
