THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, OCT. 14. The Medical Officer at Kalakkode primary health centre, Ray Tilak, has been placed under suspension pending enquiry, the Director of Health Services, has said. The suspension follows a report filed by the Kollam District Medical Officer that Dr. Tilak had been arrested by the police, along with three women, from the medical officers' quarters last night, an official release said. The Health Minister, K. K. Ramachandran, today ordered a departmental probe into the issue.
