TUTICORIN, OCT.15. Members of the Tuticorin Truck and Container Lorry Drivers' Union, affiliated to the Centre of Indian Trade Unions, today staged a demonstration in front of the Collectorate here, demanding provident fund and Employees State Insurance facilities for them. They urged authorities to initiate talks with lorry owners and make provisions for bonus and insurance cover for drivers. Later, the agitators submitted a memorandum to the Collector.
