NEW DELHI, OCT. 15. The BJP has begun looking ahead for the electoral battle in Bihar.
Today the party announced that the former State Legislature Party leader, Sushil Kumar Modi, would head its election campaign committee for the State. To balance caste and conflicting interests, two vice-chairmen have been announced C.P. Thakur and Tarakant Jha.
The panel will have 26 members, plus two special invitees actor Shatrughan Sinha and the State unit chief, Gopal Narayan Singh.
