EC order

NEW DELHI, OCT. 15. The Election Commission today ordered that counting of ballots be suspended in the byelection to the Mainpuri Lok Sabha constituency in Uttar Pradesh. It was to be taken up tomorrow. This follows "various complaints of large scale rigging and intimidation."
