Delhi woman tops IES

NEW DELHI, OCT. 15. Nikhila Menon of Delhi has topped the Indian Economic Service Examination, 2003, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.

Ms. Menon is presently pursuing research for a Ph.D. She is also working for the Institute of Applied Manpower Research and as a part-time English news reader in All India Radio.
