KARIMNAGAR, OCT. 15. The Karimnagar district police have chalked out programmes to observe Police Commemoration Day on October 21 in memory of police martyrs. According to the Additional SP (admn), M. Sudarshan Reddy, banners were placed in all prominent places with slogans urging for peace. On Saturday (Oct. 16), peace rallies would be organised in memory of martyrs. An open house programme for students would be held on Sunday. On Monday, blood donation camps would be organised. A sports meet would be held on Tuesday. On October 20, mass pujas and prayers in mosques and churches would be help. On the commemoration day on Thursday, a parade would be organised at police headquarters, followed by a meeting.
