VISAKHAPATNAM, OCT. 15. A professional photographer should know how to take pictures that "speak for themselves", the eminent photographer from Mumbai, Hari Mahidhar, said here on Friday. He was here to conduct a three-day photography workshop at Pendurthy from Sunday. Mr. Mahidhar, who has over four decades of experience in commercial, advertisement, travel, aerial and underground photography, shared his experiences at a get-together organised at the VJF Press Club. He underlined the need for professional photographers to upgrade their skills and knowledge in view of the technological developments in photography and the growth of user-friendly cameras. The veteran photographer, Ambu Rao, the senior photographer, P. Raja Rao, and S. Ganapathi Rao, who organised the interaction, also spoke.
