MADURAI, OCT. 15. A woman, Santhi of Tirumangalam, today created a flutter at the Collectorate here by sitting at the entrance, demanding action against her in-laws who allegedly threatened her with dire consequences. Mrs. Santhi said the family members of her estranged husband did not return her jewels and other articles. She alleged that despite taking up the issue with higher police officials, her problem was not solved and wanted to draw the attention of the district administration.
