BANGALORE, OCT. 15. This World Food Day (Saturday) will see organic food getting more of a push in Bangalore. It will also see an initiative to mix music with `vegan' food. Jaiva Sanketh, a non-governmental organisation, plans to hold an exhibition of organic produce at No. 8, Hospital Road on Saturday and Sunday. A rock music festival will be held at `Krishna Farm,' Sadaramangala, near Whitefield on Saturday. The fest, to be held between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., will feature a `vegan' stall. Tickets are available at Café Coffee Day outlets and at The Forum, Koramangala. The money raised will be used to help street animals.
