Apang sworn in

ITANAGAR, OCT. 16. Gegong Apang was today sworn in as the 10th Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh for a record seventh time at a function at the Darbar Hall of the Raj Bhawan here. The Opposition BJP boycotted the ceremony.
