DHAKA: After repeated allegations by the Bangladesh Prime Minister, Khaleda Zia, the Leader of the Opposition, Sheikh Hasina, has asked her to reveal the name of the country or force that, according to her, conspired to bring an Opposition party to power, dislodging her Government. Ms. Zia has twice in the last two weeks alleged that an Opposition political party is conspiring to seize power depending on help from foreign countries . "It's a matter of independence and sovereignty of the country, and the Prime Minister has to make it clear," Ms. Hasina, thechief of the main Opposition Awami League said on Thursday. Ms. Zia had said an Opposition party has lost public support as it is trying to come to power with foreign assistance. But she did not mention either the country or the party. Rejecting Ms. Zia's comment, Ms. Hasina urged her to refrain from making such `irresponsible' comments, a party press release said.
