TIRUNELVELI, OCT.17 . Power supply will be hit in the following areas in view of the maintenance work to be carried out in the sub-station at Old Pettai between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Tuesday. Power supply for Gandhi Nagar, Old Pettai, Tirunelveli Town, Pettai, Vaagaikulam, Pettai Industrial Estate and Thiruppanikarisalkulam would be restored immediately after the maintenance work was completed, the Executive Engineer, Tirunelveli Urban area, O.S. Mohamed Sheriff said.

Power supply will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Monday in the following places owing to the maintenance work to be carried out in Kanyakumari power sub-station: Kanyakumari, Kovalam, Kottaram and Anjugramam.
