PERAMBALUR, OCT. 17 . M. Jambulingam, DMK councillor of the Chennai Corporation, was killed and six others injured when a car in which they were proceeding to Madurai collided with a lorry at Naranamangalam near here today. The injured included the State deputy organiser of the DMK youth wing, M. Subramanian. The mishap occurred when cadres of the DMK were proceeding to attend a meeting to felicitate the DMK chief, M. Karunanidhi in Madurai. All the injured were admitted to a private hospital in Tiruchi.
