VISAKHAPATNAM, OCT. 17. Activists of Adivasi Viplava Mahila Sangham, a frontal organisation of the CPI (Maoist), on Sunday evening attacked a liquor shop near Rintada Junction in G. K. Veedhi mandal and destroyed it. According to the Superintendent of Police, Sanjay Kumar Jain, between 50 and 100 women were involved in the attack, which occurred around 5 p.m. The PW has been opposing the sale of liquor in the agency area. The extent of loss and other details were not available.
