IFC's investment plans
NEW DELHI,
OCT. 18.
The International Finance Corporation, the investment arm of the World Bank, today said it would invest around $300 million in India this year, taking up its overall exposure in the country to $1.5 billion. "At present, the exposure of IFC in India is around $1.2 billion and we will be making further investments in the country this fiscal in various sectors," IFC Regional Manager (South Asia), Vipul C. Prakash, told PTI.
