Dogra bats well
NEW DELHI,
OCT. 18.
Fine batting by Hemant Dogra helped Karma XI to a four-wicket victory over Haryana Colts in the all-India Chandiwala cricket tournament at the Teri ground here. The winner made it to the semifinals.
The scores: Haryana Colts 153 in 43.4 overs (Sohail Rouf four for 27) and 176 for nine in 43.4 overs (Ashwani Sharma 45) lost to Karma XI 167 for six in 45 overs (Hemant Dogra 65) and 164 for six in 43.1 overs (Hemant Dogra 55).
