Goldstone buys U.S. firm
HYDERABAD: Goldstone Technology is acquiring the U.S. based company Stay Top Systems, engaged in the same line of activity as Goldstone. The company has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors approved on Tuesday the draft article of agreement to be entered into with the promoters of Stay Top Systems, for acquisition of 100 per cent shareholding at a transaction value of $2.1 million.
