Narrow win for HPS
HYDERABAD,
OCT. 20.
Hyderabad Public School (Begumpet) recorded a one-wicket win over Pepsi Imtiaz XI in the under-13 category of the inaugural Don Bosco inviational sub-junior cricket tournament here on Wednesday.
The scores: Under-13: Don Bosco 144 for nine bt Jain International School, B'lore, 140; Goutham Model School 71 lost to St.John's CCF 72 for four; Pepsi Imtiaz XI 148 for six lost to HPS Begumpet 149 for nine (Siddarth 40, Pranav 40).
Under-15: HPS Begumpet 148 (Kaushik 56 not out) bt Pepsi Imtiaz XI 144 for eight; Don Bosco CA 187 (Fardun 58) bt Don Bosco Nav Jeevan 81 (Nawaz five for 21).
