Panel submits report on Mainpuri byelection

NEW DELHI, OCT. 20. The four-member Election Commission that made an on-the-spot inquiry into complaints in the Mainpuri byelection in Uttar Pradesh today submitted a report to the Commission. Sources in the Commission said: ``There was problem everywhere. There were discrepancies." — PTI
