Natco Pharma's food supplement drug

HYDERABAD: Natco Pharma announced the launch of Curcumin 500 mg capsules under the brand name of Turcumin, essentially, an extract of turmeric. Curcumin is considered to be a food supplement, particularly in patients suffering from cancer. According to a release issued here on Wednesday, it is considered effective in treatment of multiple myeloma, tumors and other types of cancer. — Our Special Correspondent
