Surana Telecom's plans
HYDERABAD: Surana Telecom is enlarging its operations in CDMA products and is also entering into CDMA handheld telephone market segment with a capacity of three lakh sets per annum, says a release. The company has reported an income of Rs. 35 crores and a net profit of Rs. 4 crores in the quarter ended September 30, 2004 against Rs. 3 crores and Rs. 42 lakhs respectively in the corresponding period of the previous year. The group company, Bhagyanagar Metals, also reported good results with income going up to Rs. 45 crores and the net profit to Rs. 5.25 crores, from Rs. 16 crores and Rs. 1.11 crores respectively in the corresponding period of the previous year.
