Dena Bank's public offer

MUMBAI, OCT. 20. The Government has approved the second public offer of Dena Bank and the bank's board will meet on October 30 to draw a roadmap for the proposed issue of eight crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each, to be issued at a premium, the bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. The bank would also obtain further approvals from the board so that it could enter the market at the earliest, it said.— PTI
