Bhilwara group's joint venture

NEW DELHI: The LNJ Bhilwara group has formed a joint venture with Norway-based Statkraft Norfund Power Invest AS (SN Power) for producing hydropower. The joint venture will be effective through Malana Power Company Limited (MPCL) in which the LNJ Bhilwara group will hold 51 per cent equity stake while SN Power will invest Rs. 207 crores as equity in the company. — Our Staff Reporter
