Naga talks in Bangkok

BANGKOK, OCT. 20. The Indian Government and the Naga outfit, National Socialist Council of Nagaland (Isak-Muivah) will discuss some key outstanding issues during a crucial round of talks beginning here tomorrow. The talks are part of the ongoing peace process.

The Indian delegation would be headed by the Centre's interlocutor, K. Padmanabaiah, while the Naga leader, T. Muivah, will lead the NSCN(IM) side. Important issues may be touched on at the meeting, expected to last two days. — PTI
