Stephanie case accused handed over to parents

CHENNAI, OCT. 20. One month after being sent to a juvenile home for his involvement in the road incident on September 18 that killed Stephanie (21), 16-year-old student, Denver, was handed over to his parents.

The Juvenile Court today passed the order, but instructed him to appear before the court every Wednesday.
