CHENNAI, OCT. 20. The Advanced Learning Institute (Asia) has developed a three-module English language-learning programme to master spoken and written English. The series is called `Words Work' and the course comprises basic, intermediate and advanced levels. The faculty are linguists with knowledge of Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam. The six-week course includes training in voice modulation and tonal exercises. Training is given on presentation, communication skills and etiquette also. Classes will begin on November 1, and registration begins on Monday next. The five-day Sunrise batch begins at 7.30 a.m. The Sunset batch starts at 6.30 p.m. and the Weekend star is for those who do not have the time during the week.
