Semifinalists spotted

NOIDA, OCT 23. Noida College of Physical Education entered the semifinals of the Chaudhary Charan Singh University inter-college women's volleyball championship here. In a one-sided match, defending champion Noida defeated KLPG, Meerut, 25-9, 25-8.

Last year's runner-up RGPG College, Meerut, overcame CCSU Campus, Meerut, 25-11, 25-17.

In the other quarterfinals, Amity College of Physical Education, Noida, beat Meerut College 25-15, 25-11 while SD College, Muzaffarnagar, tamed SD College, Ghaziabad, 25-7, 25-0.
