ITANAGAR, OCT. 23. The Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Gegong Apang, today allocated portfolios among his nine-member Ministry. Mr. Apang will be in charge of Finance, Planning, Tourism, Irrigation and Flood Control, Information and Public Information. — PTI
