VIJAYAWADA, OCT. 23. The second session of counselling to fill vacant seats in BAMS, BHMS and BNYS courses in colleges affiliated to NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, is scheduled for 10 am on Monday (October 25), at the university. Candidates who had applied for admissions in response to the earlier notification but were not selected are required to attend Monday's session. Students who got admission but wish to change their college or course can also participate in this session. In a statement issued here on Saturday, the University Registrar, P. Those who skipped the session or found absent at the time of their turn would be considered ineligible for admission. The selected candidates were required to submit their original certificates along with a demand draft for Rs. 2,700 drawn in favour of the Registrar, NTR University of Health Sciences, payable at the Vijayawada branch of any nationalised bank, towards the fee to be paid to the university. Any vacancy arising till the day of counselling or during the counselling would also be filled, Dr. Jaykar Babu added.

The university also planned to conduct counselling for admissions into BPT and B.Sc, (MLT) courses for 2004-05 from November 3 to November 5, 2004 on its premises. The selected candidates were required to submit all certificates in original along with a demand draft for Rs. 3,300 drawn in favour of the Registrar, NTR University of Health Sciences, payable at the local branch of any nationalized bank, towards the fee to be paid to the university.
Stating that intimation was sent to the eligible candidates individually, the Registrar said attending the selections would not confer the right for a seat. If necessary, candidates might have to stay for more than one day, he added.
