CHANDIGARH, OCT. 25. The Punjab Vigilance Bureau has registered cheating cases against three training institutes for nurses in the State. Bureau director A P Pande told reporters here today that cases had been filed against two institutes in Ropar and one in Ferozepur, who had falsely claimed that they were affiliated to different universities in the country. Besides, the Bureau is conducting a probe into 93 institutes in the state who were recognised by the Punjab government but were not providing the mandatory facilities to the students, he added. - UNI
