Spanco Telesystems' rights-cum-public offer
NEW DELHI: Spanco Telesystems, a system integrator in the telecom segment, on Thursday announced that it is hitting the market with a rights-cum-public issue to garner Rs. 25 crores for funding its expansion plans. The composite issue comprises one crore-equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs. 15 per share aggregating Rs. 25 crores. Of this, the public issue component comprises 30.15 lakh shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 15 a share aggregating Rs. 7.53 crores, the company Chairman, Kapil Puri, said. The rights issue opened on October 8. The public issue will open on November 1 with both closing on November 8, he said. — Our Special Correspondent
