CHENNAI, OCT. 29. The C.P. Ramaswamy Iyer Shield cricket tournament (for seniors) between City and Districts at the MA Chidambaram Stadium ended in a draw.

Not a ball was bowled on the third and final day (Friday) due to incessant rain. The match was called off at 9.30 a.m.

To City's first innings score of 217, Districts, at stumps, on Thursday was 124 for two.
