St. John's Church enters final

HYDERABAD, OCT. 29. St. John's Church Junior College moved into the final of the Parle Cup inter-school under-17 cricket tournament with a 75-run win over Don Bosco in the semifinal at the Uppal Stadium here on Friday.

St. John's scored 190 for eight and dismissed Don Bosco for 115.

The scores: Parle Cup (under-17): semifinals: St. John's Church JC 190 for eight (A. Kumar 53) bt Don Bosco HS 115.

HCA C division (one-day): Final: Sportive CC 182 (Pankaj Ghalke 54) bt Adilabad 152 (Pradeep four for 43).

B division: Lok Nayak 291 for nine (Deepesh Patel 112, R. Murali Goud 70, Dhanaji six for 35) bt Ekalavya 125.

Superstars 206 for seven (Vasudev 65) bt Sungrace 133 (V. Satish seven for 15).
