Virat makes merry
NEW DELHI,
OCT. 29.
Virat Kohli was on a run feast as he hit 171 and 72 in the two innings as Pahari Dhiraj Club defeated Bright Club by virtue of its first innings lead and made it to the final of the DDCA Under-17 cricket tournament here.
The scores: Pahari Dhiraj Club 514 in 84.1 overs (Virat Kohli 171, Gaurav Roy 144, Chayan Kokcha 82, Ankit Lamba four for 150) and 111 in 18.2 overs (Virat Kohli 72, Rohit Dilbari seven for 49) bt Bright Club 103 in 30 overs (Veer Bahadur 49, Shailej Sondhi four for 14) and 125 for five in 35 overs (Nikhil Dhawan 42 not out).
