HYDERABAD, OCT. 29. The Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), New Delhi, Justice A.S. Anand, has said that the disabled must be treated as partners in development and must not be excluded from the process. He was inaugurating a three-day workshop on disability organised by the Canadian Human Rights Commission, the NHRC, Indira Gandhi National Open University and Nalsar University of Law at the Justice City campus of Nalsar at Shamirpet.
