Assam Rifles in Durand main draw
NEW DELHI,
OCT. 30.
Kubal Rabha struck two goals on either side of the halves to steer Assam Rifles, Tezpur, into the main draw of the Durand Cup football tournament here on Saturday.
Rabha opened the account for Assam Rifles in the fifth minute before Ajit Kumar (8th) came up with the second goal as the Tezpur team dominated Gorkha Rifles, Lucknow. Rabha again scored in the 69th minute as Assam Rifles won 3-0.
