CHANDIGARH, OCT 31. The Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) paid tributes to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by observing `Sankalp Diwas' on her 20th death of anniversary. Prayer meetings were organised at State, district and block level on the occasion. HPCC president Bhajan Lal and other leaders paid homage to the late leader at a party rally organised in Sirsa district.
