Reward-package lost

MADURAI,
NOV. 1
. The jubilation over the `reward-package' received from the hands of the Chief Minister at Chennai on Sunday for Special Task Force (STF) personnel, C. Arul Prakash, was shortlived. He lost the entire package while returning home here last night.
A Havildar with the Tamil Nadu Special Police 7th Battalion, Mr. Prakash was shocked to find the Rs. 3-lakh cheque, the order for a plot and the gold medal missing on reaching home.
He had lost them while travelling in a mini-bus from the Central Telegraph Office to Tirumalpuram here. The Oomachikulam police have registered a case.
