Congress membership campaign

KOCHI, NOV.1. The district-level membership campaign of the Indian National Congress began here today.

K. P. Dhanapalan, DCC president, inaugurated the campaign by issuing a membership to the senior Congress leader, Henry Austin, at a function held at the DCC office.

Dominic Presentation, Minister for Fisheries; K. Babu, Ludy Louis and V. J. Poulose, MLAs, the district panchayat president, K. B. Muhamadkutty, the Congress leaders, P. C. Chacko, N. Venugopal, Benny Behannan and Ajay Tharayil, were among those who were present.
