Job for team member
Our Special Correspondent adds from Thiruvananthapuram: Short on the heels of Kerala winning the Santosh Trophy, Sami Labs, a Bangalore-based pharmaceutical firm, has announced that it will give a placement in its company to any one team member. The company chairman Dr. Muhammed Majeed said, "I am really delighted and proud to hear that Kerala has won the Santosh Trophy. As a mark of felicitating the winning team, we have decided to give placement to one of the members of the team as executive officer." The release also said that Dr. Majeed has already conveyed the decision of the company to the Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy. It said that the company would recruit only that member of the team who is in the most pressing need for a job. The player selected will have the liberty of playing for Kerala even if he becomes a part of Sami Labs.
