TN off to a good start
VISAKHAPATNAM,
NOV. 3.
Tamil Nadu, well placed in the points table of the Polly Umrigar South Zone under-15 tournament, was off to a good start in its last round-robin match against Kerala with the in-form leg-spinner Kaushik Gandhi claiming six wickets at the Ukku Stadium here on Wednesday.
Karnataka medium pacer Hardik H. Munoth picked up six wickets to restrict Goa for 111 at the Port Stadium.
The scores:
Kerala 107 in 88.3 overs (Kaushik Gandhi six for 33) vs Tamil Nadu 18 for no loss in 18 overs.
Goa 111 in 55.1 overs (Aniket Phaterbekhar 41, Hardik H. Munoth six for 46) vs Karnataka 79 for one in 34 overs (Ajith U. Shenoy 57 batting).
Andhra 150 in 94.3 overs (D. Sivakumar 46).
