Order reserved on Reliance plea
NEW DELHI,
NOV. 3.
The Delhi High Court today reserved its orders on a plea by Reliance Infocomm against Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. The case relates to BSNL charging Reliance Rs. 254 crore for alleged illegal routing of international calls through local lines.
Justice Vikramajit Sen reserved order on an interim application by Reliance seeking to restrain BSNL from taking any coercive action such as disconnection.
