Rights groups' appeal against US poll result

NEW YORK, NOV. 4. A coalition of United States-based human rights organisations has asked the United Nations to monitor the official tabulation of U.S. election results, citing, what it called, reports of significant voting rights ``violations'' in locations throughout America before and on the election day.
