PONDICHERRY, NOV. 4. The national flag flew half-mast atop the Rajnivas, the Assembly and the Chief Secretariat here today mourning the death of the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Sources said here that the Administration received a communication from the Centre today about the three-day official mourning as a mark of respect for the departed leader.
