BANGALORE, NOV. 4. A 13-year-old girl was abducted from Fraser Town Police Station limits and raped allegedly by her neighbour. According to the police, Thyagaraj (21) abducted the girl from her house in Cox Town on October 31. He took her in an autorickshaw to the Kallalli burial ground and allegedly raped her. The girl's father had lodged a complaint with the Fraser Town Police on October 31 stating that his daughter had been missing. The police have arrested Thyagaraj.
