Crackers recovered

NEW DELHI, NOV. 6. About 900 kg of crackers were recovered during raids conducted by the police in various parts of the Capital on Thursday.

In the first case, the South-West Delhi police raided a godown at Dwarka and recovered 500 kg of crackers stocked there without any authorisation. Investigations revealed that Rakesh Kumar, a resident of Palam Colony, had bought the crackers. He owned a cracker licence but had stocked the consignment in an unauthorised godown.
