THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, NOV. 7. The State committee of the CPI(M) and the State executive committee of the CPI would meet here for two days from today to discuss various issues, including the agitation programme to press the removal of the Industries Minister, P. K. Kunhalikutty, from the Oommen Chandy Cabinet over the disclosures by Rejina, the prime witness in the Kozhikode ice-cream parlour sex scandal. The CPI(M) State secretariat met here today to finalise the agenda and documents for tomorrow's State committee meeting. The open exchanges over inner party issues have subsided somewhat, but more could be expected in the days to come. The CPI State secretary, Veliyam Bhargavan, has been unsparing in his attacks on the Industries Minister and the Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy, who, according to him, is shielding Mr. Kunhalikutty.
